The owner, Dan Redman, has over 25 years of service experience in maintaining, repairing and installing most makes and models of commercial food service equipment. He started his career as an Electrician in the US Navy and continues to excel in the commercial equipment repair industry.


He holds a Virginia Electricians license, Bachelors Degree, CFESA Master Technician Certification, and has attended numerous manufacturer training courses including Hobart, Frymaster, Rational, Pitco, Jackson, Cleveland, Turbochef, Middleby Marshall and many more.
